Do I have to install Philips Halogena’ Light Bulbs with Base down?

All Philips Halogena’ Light Bulbs can be installed with the base in any direction. If you look at our Halogena’ product descriptions, you’ll see that we indicate the recommended Operating Position. Halogena’ light bulbs all have a “universal” operating position which indicates that it can be base down or up or in any direction.Holly Eddins
