What is the best way to change a halogen bulb?

There is no special way to change most halogen light bulbs. Quartz bulbs are a different story. There are very few halogen bulbs that contain quartz though. The majority of halogen bulbs don’t need to be handled with gloved hands. Ones with quartz, you’d simply change with gloved hands. It’s the oils from your skin that are not good for the bulb.Holly Eddins
