It is a sad sad day. Now all Philips 120 watt light bulbs are discontinued. The last to go was the Duramax version probably because of the cost of them, customers were not ordered mass case quantities like some of the others that ran out of stock back in the spring. If you've been using these bulbs, now you are going to be forced to find a replacement for them. We've put together a 120 watt Light Bulb replacement guide to help you make that decision. Basically, your decision in replacing your Duramax 120 watt bulbs is this: Is it more important for you to have the same amount of light you've been getting? Or is it more important to have the same type bulb that you are using now. Unfortunately you will not be able to have both. Once you make that decision your answer will be pretty simple.
